Knowledge Base

From your user dashboard, navigate to User Dashboard > Dashboard Menu > Knowledge Base. This is a knowledge base listing page for the user; any registered user can view the knowledge base here.
Search

You can use the search filter to find the knowledge base. You can search by Knowledge Base Title or keywords. Simply fill the search fields and click on the Search button will display the knowledge base corresponding to that criterion. The Reset button clears the filters and restores the full list of the knowledge base.
Categories

The system displays Categories with clear icons such as “Knowledge Base” and “Technical Issue.” These serve as entry points for browsing articles grouped by topics. Categories help users narrow down the type of support content they need, whether it’s general information, troubleshooting guides, or technical documentation.

Clicking on any of these categories will expand the section. As shown in the interface, the knowledge base is structured with clear categorization. At the top, a labeled section titled “Knowledge Base”. Within this category, knowledge base articles are shown below in an image. The user can view the article’s detail page by clicking on the knowledge base title.

Further down, users can explore the Knowledgebase Section, which lists all available knowledge bases under different headings. These sections include entries like Product Information, Standard Operating Procedures, and Human Resources Matters.
