Announcements In The JS Help Desk!

Announcements

From your guest user dashboard, navigate to User Dashboard > Dashboard Menu > Announcements. This is an announcements listing page for the guest user; any guest user can view all announcements here.

You can use the search filter to find the announcements. You can search by Announcement Title.  Simply fill the search fields and click on the Search button will display the announcements corresponding to that criterion. The Reset button clears the filters and restores the full list of announcements.

Categories

The system displays Categories with clear icons such as “Announcements”. These serve as entry points for browsing articles grouped by topics. Categories help users narrow down the type of support content they need, whether it’s general information, troubleshooting guides, or technical documentation.

Clicking on any of these categories will expand the section. As shown in the interface, the announcement is structured with clear categorization. At the top, a labeled section titled “Announcements”. Within this category, announcement articles are shown below in an image. The user can view the announcement detail page by clicking on the announcement title.

Further down, guest users can explore the Announcement Section, which lists all available announcements under different headings. These sections include entries like Compliance Requirements, Security Protocols, and HR Policies.
