Categories

From your agent dashboard, navigate to the Agent Dashboard > Dashboard Menu > Categories. On the categories page, you will find various options for the agent to manage categories. All the details about the categories and how the agent handled categories are discussed here.

You can use the search filter to find a category quickly. You can search by Category Name. Simply clicking on the Search button will display the category corresponding to that criterion. The Reset button clears the filters and restores the full list of categories.

Listing

You’ll see a list of existing categories with columns like Category Title, StatusCreated Date, and Action. This makes it easy to view and manage categories at a glance. Each category shows a status icon (like a green check mark for active categories), allowing agents to instantly verify which categories are in use. You can easily edit a category using the pencil icon or delete it with the trash bin icon.

Additionally, there’s an option to “Add Category” at the top right of the “Categories” page.
