Add Help Topic

Now, let’s walk through the step-by-step process of adding help topics from the agent end. From your agent dashboard, navigate to the Agent Dashboard > Dashboard Menu > Help Topic > Click on the Add Help Topic button to start adding a help topic effectively. On the ‘Add Help Topic’ form, we will provide all the necessary details for adding a help topic.

  • Help Topic: Write the name of the help topic.
  • Department: Select the department from the drop-down menu to assign the help topic. Each help topic must be linked to a department.
  • Status: The status field allows you to control the visibility of the help topic.

After filling in all the relevant fields, simply click the green “Save Help Topic” button at the bottom of the form. The system will validate the inputs and create the new help topic. If any required information is missing or incorrect, a notification will alert you to fix it before submission.
