Count On My Tickets In The JS Help Desk!

Count On My Tickets

From your admin dashboard, please navigate to the Admin Dashboard > Dashboard Menu > Configurations > General Settings > Show Count On My Tickets. All details about tickets count and how the admin manages them are discussed here. Using this configuration, administrators can control the visibility of the ticket count in the My Ticket listing page.

In JS Help Desk, the Count on My Tickets feature helps users easily keep track of the total number of tickets they have created and their current status. This feature is available in the “My Tickets” section of the user panel, where every logged-in user can view all the support requests they’ve submitted.

When a user opens the My Tickets page, they can see not just a list of their tickets but also the total count of how many tickets they currently have. The system can also break this down by ticket status, such as Open, Pending, Answered, or Closed. So if Alex has submitted 10 tickets in total, the count might show:

  • Open: 2

  • Pending: 1

  • Answered: 3

  • Closed: 4

This breakdown gives users a clear understanding of how many of their issues are still active versus how many have already been resolved.
