Email Notification Problem In The JS Help Desk!

Email notifications in the JS Help Desk are critical because they keep both users and agents updated about ticket activities (like new tickets, replies, status changes, etc.). However, sometimes these emails may not be delivered, be delayed, or land in spam folders. Sometimes, email notifications may be turned off in JS Help Desk settings (for either user, admin, or agent).
