System Emails In The JS Help Desk!
System Emails
As an administrator, navigate to the Admin Dashboard > Dashboard Menu > Configurations > System Emails. On the configurations page, you will find various configurations that the admin can use to manage the JS Help Desk. This page has all the system email configurations on the JS Help Desk.

If the ticket department email is not selected, then this email is used to send emails.
Default Admin Email
Admin email address to receive emails.
